3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on most orders across India.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available on selected products or locations.
  • Additional COD charges may apply (if applicable, shown at checkout).
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

6. Delays & Issues

7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours.
  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

9. International Shipping

  • Currently, Spiffydoo ships only within India.
